9th March 2003 Windsurfing: Weston Super Sludge Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F2-4 Surf / Sea State: Fairly flat. Some small, well- Air Temperature: 10.5C Sea Temperature: Bloody cold Weather: Sunshine! Max Speed: Distance Covered: With a forecast of F6-7, I was hoping to get a decent sail. Arrived ~10:00 to very little wind. Was about to rig up 7.4 on the AHD when the wind seemed to picked up. Managed to get planing for about 10 -15 mins on & off, then that was it. As the tide went out, I took to playing sailing backwards out through the waves & practising tacks. Pretty much a wasted trip. |
